We are in need of a Remote Office Assistant (part time), monthly 4.5 average hours a day, this is a remote job, means; you do not need to come out from the comfort of your home, but we need fast learners, honest, hard working & reliable team members.
The candidate MUST have
- MUST know how to use computer and Internet
- Good in MS Word, Excel, Google & etc, everything related to IT/Internet.
- MUST have good/working computer and an internet connection.
- Can understand English.
We are a technology consulting company, dealing in diversified tasks/projects, mainly websites, mobile app design, development and management and some more, we are even willing to train this person, but he/she should be hard working, honest, reliable & trustworthy.
This candidate can live in any part of Pakistan, but the above conditions MUST be met, in order to be considered for this position.
What You’ll be working on, not limited, but primarily:
- Manage/coordinate & track all of our projects/tasks, listen to the meeting recordings and compile & share meeting points.
- Need to talk/work with all of the resources/designers/developers from different parts of Pakistan or even outside of Pakistan.
- Will be doing a lot of research/searching.
- May need to do some writing (optional).
- Also need to check/verify/validate; our projects, after they are completed
- Need someone good in giving ideas/thoughts and good suggestions/advice.
- Basically looking for a team member, who take part & keen interest in each and every aspect of the company and our partners projects, tasks & assignments.
