Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Transcriptionist proficient in Urdu and English. The successful candidate will be responsible for listening to audio recordings, accurately transcribing the content in the required language(s), and ensuring proper grammar, punctuation, and formatting.
Responsibilities:
- Transcribe audio and video recordings in Urdu and English into written text.
- Review and proofread transcriptions for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure proper formatting, grammar, and punctuation in transcriptions.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Meet deadlines for projects and maintain high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members or supervisors to clarify unclear audio or verify information when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Urdu and English (spoken and written).
- Prior experience in transcription or related work is preferred.
- Excellent listening and typing skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with transcription tools and software is a plus.
