Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled AI Automation Engineer who can design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI solutions for our company. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building AI chatbots, voice bots, and automation workflows that improve business efficiency and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop AI-powered chatbots for websites, WhatsApp, and other platforms

Build and integrate voice bots for customer support and automation

Develop AI automation workflows to streamline business operations

Integrate AI solutions with APIs, CRMs, and third-party tools

Train, test, and optimize AI models for better performance

Collaborate with web, app, and product teams to implement AI features

Maintain and improve existing AI systems
Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience with AI automation and intelligent workflows

Hands-on experience with chatbots and conversational AI

Knowledge of LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.)

Experience with no-code/low-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)

Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integrations

Basic to advanced knowledge of Python / JavaScript (preferred)

Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with Voice AI platforms (Twilio, Dialogflow, etc.)
